The homes in Howell have a loft, the homes in Freehold have basements. There are 3 models in Adelphia Greens. In Howell, the largest is the Adams at 1901 sq ft*, the Bradford and the Clark have 1854 sq ft*. In Freehold, the Adams is 1,468 sq ft*, the Bradford is 1,432 sq ft*. There are no Clark models in the Freehold section. The square footages in Freehold do not reflect the basements, which were originally unfinished - although many owners have made them into finished basements.
