Adelphia Greens was built
between 2000 and 2003. The community is located on the Freehold/Howell
border, just east of Route 9 at Route 524, being partly in both towns.
Most of the buildings are in Howell. You can walk to the NYC bus.
The community has 304
total homes, of which 208 are in Howell and 96 in Freehold Township. All
homes are 3 level townhouses with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The homes in
Howell have a loft, the homes in Freehold have basements. There are 3
models in Adelphia Greens. In Howell, the largest is the Adams at 1901 sq ft*, the
Bradford and the Clark have 1854 sq ft*. In Freehold, the Adams is 1,468
sq ft*, the Bradford is 1,432 sq ft*. There are no Clark models in the
Freehold section. The square footages in Freehold do not reflect the
basements, which were originally unfinished - although many owners have
made them into finished basements.
